ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND SPONSORS

First and foremost we owe our existence to PC Tony Ryan, without whose help, expertise and tireless patience we wouldn't be where we are today. He gives up his free time to help with our training and organizes all assessments.

The Lincolnshire Police, particularly the Dog Section, who have faith enough to call us out on searches and give us our credibility.

We are also very grateful to all those who have donated to our cause to help buy essential equipment such as radios, waterproofs, boots, etc and also to those local farmers and land owners who let us loose on their land for training purposes.

A big thank you must go to the Trossachs Search and Rescue Team who invited us to train with them for a weekend in October 2001 on the foothills of Ben Lomond. The weather was very wet and the terrain harder than we are used to but their hospitality was second to none. We learned how the other half live in searching conditions we never come across in Lincolnshire.
